PLEASE NOTE: Print orders are produced by our print production partners once a month.
Last orders are taken on the 15th of each month orders are then packaged and shipped after that date.
If you have an urgent requirement then please do contact us via email and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

Once your order has been placed you will receive email confirmation.
We endeavour to dispatch UK orders 2-3 working days after the print run on the 15th of each month.
Delivery leadtimes are dependent on delivery location and any postal/courier factors outside of our control. For International orders please see International Delivery details below.

Prints will be packaged in sustainable packaging where possible and will arrive in protective materials.

Shipping within the United Kingdom (Excluding Northern Ireland)
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48® or for large package orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery® Guaranteed by 1pm. You will receive by email - to the address supplied when placing the order - a tracking notification number to monitor the progress of your delivery. All deliveries are insured against accidental damage by 3rd parties during transportation.
Not going to be at home?
Royal Mail Tracked 48® does not require a signature, if you might not be at the property at the time of delivery you can choose to leave your items in a safeplace or preferred neighbour by inputting your tracking number at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ prior to delivery. Given this is very delicate item we strongly suggest that the safeplace is secure, weatherproof, out of sight but easily accessible for the delivery.

Please be aware that shipping cost to Highlands, Islands and remote areas maybe be slightly higher and expected delivery times will on average take 2 working days longer.
International Delivery - Europe and Northern Ireland
With regret we are unable to take orders from Northern Ireland and Europe at the moment due to the new GSPR regulations applicable to UK businesses. We hope this will be a temporary measure until it is clear how these new regulations will be operated and if there is any further information and support to help small businesses navigate these changes. We apologise for the inconvenience.
International Delivery - Rest of the World and USA
(For International customers please note that any import duties or taxes associated with your orders are the responsibility of the customer. When your order arrives in your country you will be subject to your local import tax. The prices you see on this website do not include import duties or taxes.)

All orders are sent out Royal Mail International Tracked &Signed ® to ensure safe delivery and you will receive a tracking notification number to the email address supplied on the order prior to delivery.

Unfortunately delivery to some countries and areas not on the mainland are not available, this information is confirmed when adding your delivery location at checkout. Returns & Exchanges
Care of print
Please note that items returned must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund. Fine Art papers are fragile, be sure to clean and dry your hands before you start to handle the print and handle with care. To avoid fading or damage to your artwork - keep it away from exposure to the effects of direct UV light , spotlights or extreme temperatures such as high humidity.

Unpackaging your flat or rolled print
Fine Art papers are fragile, be sure to clean and dry your hands before you start to handle the print and handle with care.

Prints ordered at A4 and A3 will be send in a flat envelope with protecting boards.

Prints larger than A3 will be rolled and posted in a round or triangular tube with protection.
If your print has arrived in a tube, it is important to flatten it to ensure it is easier to mount and frame.
We suggest 2 options to gently unwrap your rolled print:
Option 1: Prepare a clean, flat surface larger than your print size. Gently unpack your print and place the packaging tissue on the table to cover a surface area larger than your print. Next, gently unroll your print and place it image-side down onto the flat tissue surface. Then place heavier objects e.g. magazines or books at the corners of the print and in the centre. Now, allow the print paper time to relax and restore into a flatter shape. We suggest longer than a day and perhaps more depending on the objects placed on the print.
Option 2: A quicker option is to gently place the print directly into the intended frame as a temporary measure and allow the frame to flatten the print. Perhaps ask a friend to help you with one person on each side of the print to gently unfurl the paper. Once the print has relaxed you can then gently remove it and then refit ensuring good alignment and final securing.
​Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may need to return your art print purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exhange any item within 14 days of purchase by notifiying us on email at ame@ametaylorgibson.com, to avoid delay please include your order number in the email. Once you have notified us of your intention to return you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please note that items can be exchanged once, unfortunately we are unable to offer multiple exchanges, so please choose carefully when selecting your replacement print. All prints are photographed prior to dispatch to ensure the best quality and to insure against accidental damage by 3rd parties during transportation. Prints will be sent protected and rolled, in a secure tube or envelope depending on size. To reduce packaging waste exchanged items will be resent to the customer in the same packaging tube or envelope where possible.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer must return items by Royal Mail Tracked 48® or equivilent with a tracking reference number supplied by email at ame@ametaylorgibson.com prior to delivery return.
